WHAT YOU WILL GET

The Goal of the Newsletter  is to provide something every month that you can use or find valuable, I am also thinking about asking people, like yourself, to share information in article form that might be useful for others that receive  the Newsletter.

Obviously I am in the Real Estate business so I will share articles and information about real estate with you that I think are relevant, some may come from my own thoughts and some may be links to the many articles I read about what’s going on in real estate, as long as I feel the articles would be of interest or value to the people receiving this newsletter.

THERE'S  MORE! I share info that can be fun, useful and informative for everyday living, these are some of the things I have in mind:

• Homeowner tips. As an example the fall is a good time to take a slow walk around your house and look for areas that might need caulking. This will keep the home well protected from drafts, water leaks and potentially expensive repairs down the road.
• Timely reminders. To make sure you have disconnected all of the hoses from your outside faucets before we have steady freezing temperatures AND YES even if you have freeze proof faucets!! 
• Cool online links that you might find useful, interesting or fun: Here is a link to get free software to do an inventory of your home, a good idea if you ever have any kind of catastrophe and need that information,  http://www.whatyouown.org
• Monthly Trivia for fun and or prizes
• Recipes. Always fun, I have collected my favorites over the years and will be giving some up!!
• Home care Tips. Did you know that using foam shaving cream to clean your bathroom mirrors will prevent them from steaming over and will last for about 2 weeks, just make sure your use the foam sparingly it can be quite a chore to get it managed if you use to much! I’ve got tons of these to share.
• Open to ideas

I  hope you will take a look at the newsletter, my goal is to have something for everyone, I already know of some people I will be sending it to that I want to see if you/they will write contributing articles about their special fields and interests.
